AarohCare is a digital platform that enables users to book OP tokens and track clinic and hospital queues in real time. AarohCare does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, consultation, or other healthcare services. Medical care is delivered exclusively by independent licensed healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their name, age, contact phone number, and any other details required to secure an OP booking. Providing fraudulent or inaccurate data may lead to token cancellation.
When booking an OP token through AarohCare:
Clinics, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and doctors available on the AarohCare platform operate as independent third-party service providers. AarohCare Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for medical advice, diagnoses, treatment outcomes, prescriptions, or clinical judgment provided by healthcare practitioners.
Where applicable, AarohCare may charge a nominal platform facilitation or token booking fee. Consultation fees, procedural charges, lab investigation costs, and medication fees are determined and billed directly by the respective medical facility.

AarohCare reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in queue manipulation, or attempt fraudulent activities.
While AarohCare strives for 99.9% platform uptime and reliable queue telemetry, we do not warrant that our digital services will operate uninterrupted, delay-free, or entirely error-free at all times.
All proprietary software, design elements, interfaces, trademarks, and brand assets associated with AarohCare are the exclusive property of AarohCare Technologies Pvt Ltd. No portion may be reproduced, modified, or exploited without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, AarohCare Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from clinic scheduling delays, doctor cancellations, medical outcomes, or technical telemetry discrepancies.
User data is collected and managed under strict security protocols in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing AarohCare, you acknowledge and consent to our data collection and processing practices.
AarohCare reserves the right to periodically amend or replace these Terms and Conditions. The latest effective date will always be visible at the top of this page. Continued usage of our services constitutes binding acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
